Polná St. Barbora

The organ of the cemetery church in Polná was also moved at some point in the past. Its builder would seem to have been Leopold Spiegel in the first half of the 18th Century. It is a very well made organ, almost completely preserved, with an especially pleasant sound, particulary the Principal and Copula; the crowning glory of its Plena is a tierce Mixture. I don't have particulary good memories of the final part of the work, as the tuning took place in December, with temperatures of – 3°C.
